👋🏼 Intro


I worked on this case study during Memorisely UX/UI Design immersive online Bootcamp. During the Bootcamp, I worked with a small team of designers around the world. The goal of this case study was to improve the booking experience of the Margot Community. Margot community is an inclusive online network helping women and gender-marginalized individuals find mentors and provide virtual 1:1 time with them.

The Margot team handles the current mentor booking experience manually, which is not scalable and requires a lot of effort. Finding the right mentor is complex and time-consuming and may lead to user dropouts from the website.


I believe that making mentor profiles that are easier to view and having an availability schedule for all the mentors will eliminate the frustrations faced by a user.


We are creating (at a glance) a mentor card with services offered as well as an availability schedule.
